Please, Do Not Complain..Just open The Qur'aan, and READ !!!

As Salaamu Alaikum!

Everyone has problems in this world and every one of us needs solutions. Some of us are able to handle problems effectively while many of us moan and cry over it. We run here and there, seek the help of the entire world but fail to understand that the answer is just with us – the answer is in the Holy Qur'an itself.

The Holy Qur'an consists of beautiful Surah's which are a guidance and a means of mercy for the entire mankind. We must constantly read the Qur'an especially with translation as it gives insight to the various situations of this World and the next. It gives a lot of information on the Attributes of our Lord, Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) and also instructs us as to what we need to do in this world and to attain Salvation in the next.

Let us see what are the common problems we have and what answer Holy Qur’an has given.

1. We ask: "Why are we tested?"

Allâh answers: "Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: "We believe," and will not be tested. And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allâh will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allâh knows all that before putting them to test). [Surah Al Ankaboot (29): 2-3]

2. We Ask: "Why could I not get what I desire?"

Allâh answers: "May be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know. [Surah Al-Baqarah (2): 216]

3. We Ask: "Why is this burden so hard?"

Allâh answers: "Allâh burdens not a person beyond his scope." [Surah Al-Baqarah (2): 286]

4. We Ask: "Why do i feel so frustrated?"

Allâh answers:  "So do not become weak, nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers." [Surah Al-E-Imran (3): 139]

5. We Ask: "How do i face this?"

Allâh answers:  "And seek help in patience and As-Salât (the prayer) and truly it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khâshi'ûn [i.e. the true believers in Allâh - those who obey Allâh with full submission, fear much from His Punishment, and believe in His Promise (Paradise,) and in His Warnings (Hell, )]." [Surah Al-Baqarah (2): 45]

6. We Ask: "To Whom should i only put my hope?"

Allâh answers: "Allâh is sufficient for me. Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne." [Surah At-Tawba (9): 129]

7.  We Ask: "What could i get from this all trials and tests?"

Allâh answers: "Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties for (the price) that theirs shall be the Paradise." [Surah At-Tawba (9): 111]

8. We Ask: "I can't take it anymore!"

Allâh answers:  "and never give up hope of Allâh's Mercy. Certainly no one despairs of Allâh's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve." [Surah Yusuf (12): 87]

9. We Ask: "Till when should i be in this languish state?

Allâh answers:  "Verily, along with every hardship is relief, Verily, along with hardship is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs)" [Surah Ash-Sharh (94): 5-6]
So you see, We always ask something, but Indeed, Allah has answered in the Qur’an already. (Please share!)

With Best Wishes
